The fine print
Terms and conditions
These draft terms describe use of the Team Elite Coaching website preview. They are not an approved coaching agreement and do not replace terms supplied directly when you engage a service. A legal and business review is required before production. Viewing the website does not enrol you in coaching.
What is this website for?
This website explains personal training, online coaching, contest prep and posing services.
General resources are not an individual program or medical advice. Discuss your needs directly with Toni before deciding whether a service is appropriate.
Does this website confirm a booking or payment?
No.
This website has no connected booking calendar or checkout. Sending a call request, seeing an enquiry status or having a general discussion does not reserve an appointment or create an accepted coaching agreement. Confirm arrangements and current terms directly.
Who owns the content?
Team Elite Coaching branding and supplied content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Licensed software components retain their notices. Do not copy or redistribute photographs, materials or recipes without checking the relevant permission.
What terms apply to a coaching program?
Pricing, billing, cancellations, rescheduling, refund terms and program scope must be confirmed in your actual coaching agreement.
This preview does not invent or replace those terms.
