Explain what you want to change and why. Your coach can discuss the work involved, but a website should not promise a particular body change or timeline. Individual results vary.
Keep track of the process.
Use check-ins to discuss training, meals and consistency. If the plan has become difficult to follow, that information matters. More restrictive is not automatically more useful.
Know when the question is medical.
If a concern involves symptoms, a condition or prescribed care, speak with your doctor. Fitness coaching is not a way to diagnose a problem or promise a change in a clinical outcome.
This editorial preview preserves the topic of a legacy Team Elite article. Unsupported clinical claims, universal prescriptions and guarantees are not carried forward. It is general reading, not medical advice. Read the health disclaimer.
