Look at the ordinary moments.
Think about meals, snacks and the times you eat while doing something else. Describe those moments honestly. Your coach needs context, not a polished version of the day.
Ask whether the plan fits.
If you spend much of the day hungry or find the plan difficult to use, say so. Avoid responding with a stricter rule before discussing what is happening in practice.
Use tracking carefully.
If logging food is part of your agreed plan, ask what to record and how it will be used. It is not a moral score. If it causes distress or raises a health concern, speak with an appropriate professional.
